The ECD in Kenya

The early development stage of any ggrowing creature is the bases of its future. The handling of it significantly moulds its future. Ever since indepedence, no government has really put in mind this; if they have, rarely have they shown.On my view, the proposed constitution puts that every kenyan child will have the right to basic education, to me this entails the Early Childhood Education (ECD) and for this; i can support it on 4th August 2010.
